Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and active SLP-CCC license
• State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or passion for working with elementary school-aged students
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and achieving individual goals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services for an elementary caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement strategies that support student success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
• Employ evidence-based practices and remain current with developments in the field
• Provide support, resources, and education to staff and families regarding speech/language disorders and therapeutic interventions
