Your background in speech pathology will enable you to provide expert, individualized therapy services, collaborating with a team of educational professionals dedicated to each child’s success. On-site presence at assigned schools ensures you can build strong relationships with students and staff, supporting communication development every step of the way.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active Florida state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC credential through ASHA
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related field
  • Experience serving K-12 students in a school or comparable setting
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to split time between campuses as needed
  • Flexibility to begin August 10, 2026, and work through May 24, 2027

You will:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K-12 students
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Maintain accurate and detailed student records, including progress reporting
  • Adapt strategies to meet diverse learning and communication needs
  • Contribute to IEP development and attend relevant school meetings
