Key Qualifications:

  • Active professional Speech Language Pathologist license required
  • School-based experience is a strong plus, though not mandatory for consideration
  • Comfortable working onsite with early childhood/preschool age groups
  • Dedicated to fostering a nurturing, communicative classroom experience
  • Prepared to complete district credentialing and onboarding processes promptly

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver purposeful speech and language therapy tailored to individual PreK students’ needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student progress
  • Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team activities
  • Assist in the transition and development of age-appropriate speech goals
