Key Qualifications:
- Active professional Speech Language Pathologist license required
- School-based experience is a strong plus, though not mandatory for consideration
- Comfortable working onsite with early childhood/preschool age groups
- Dedicated to fostering a nurturing, communicative classroom experience
- Prepared to complete district credentialing and onboarding processes promptly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver purposeful speech and language therapy tailored to individual PreK students’ needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student progress
- Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team activities
- Assist in the transition and development of age-appropriate speech goals
