This full-time role allows you to provide essential services and foster student growth within a collaborative educational team.

Your expertise working with pediatric populations will be highly valued. You'll have the chance to design and deliver individualized therapy, contribute to intervention planning, and support student communication needs in a welcoming environment. Recent graduates completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply, as are experienced SLPs seeking new opportunities in the school setting.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is beneficial but not required
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for elementary-aged students
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related specialists to promote positive student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate notes, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide professional insight and resources to school staff and parents
