Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Active or eligible state SLP licensure
- Previous experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP process and school-based documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting students with mild to moderate needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and intervention per IEP-mandated services
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Document student progress and maintain thorough records
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
