Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Passion for fostering positive student outcomes
What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ unique goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in individual and/or group settings
- Provide resources and guidance to educators and family members
