Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience providing assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy in a school environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students of varying abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and small group, in accordance with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social growth
- Track progress, maintain timely documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support an inclusive, positive school environment where all students’ voices are valued
