Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Passion for fostering positive student outcomes

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ unique goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in individual and/or group settings
• Provide resources and guidance to educators and family members
