Key Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP in Illinois
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-8 populations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support each student’s communication goals
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust services as needed throughout the school year
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
