Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with students, families, and educators

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-8th grade students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services within the school setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
