Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience or adaptability to working in K-12 educational settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to providing both direct and indirect student services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, evaluations, and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help shape program goals tailored to each student
  • Focus solely on your contracted responsibilities—no bus duty or after-hours supervision required
