Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience or adaptability to working in K-12 educational settings
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing both direct and indirect student services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, evaluations, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and help shape program goals tailored to each student
- Focus solely on your contracted responsibilities—no bus duty or after-hours supervision required
