Make a meaningful impact on students' lives by providing expert speech-language pathology services through contract opportunities in the Arlington Heights, IL area. These roles offer flexible, part-time hours and allow you to focus on high-quality care for small student caseloads.

Open positions include:

  • Lake in the Hills, IL: Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to 16 students, approximately 15 hours per week.
  • Morton Grove, IL: Support 9 students, with a weekly commitment of 5-7 hours.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid and current licensure to practice as an SLP in the state of Illinois (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide therapy for students with varying communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation on services and student progress
  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Offer guidance and strategies to staff and parents for carryover of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings as necessary
