Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience providing SLP services within a school setting
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to accommodating diverse student needs
  • Ability to deliver both individual and small group therapy sessions
  • Flexibility and organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative services in classrooms and/or therapy rooms
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development
