Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Arlington Heights, IL

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, and healthcare environments a plus
• Proficiency in teletherapy practices and willingness to conduct remote sessions as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement IEPs, including participation in IEP meetings
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings with families and staff
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students’ educational progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Adapt services for teletherapy as appropriate
