Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement and Illinois SLP license
• SLP-CCC credential required
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Experience with school-aged children; comfortable with a middle school caseload
• Excellent communication skills and strong collaborative approach
• Adaptable to supporting students on one campus or multiple sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy for students grades 6–8
• Workload averages 45 students, aligning with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain timely documentation and contribute in meetings regarding student needs
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for diverse learners
• Engage in ongoing professional development as needed by the district
