Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure and state credentials required for school settings
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
- Strong collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassion and patience for working with young learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult with educators and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
Role Details:
- One opening for a dedicated SLP
- Contract position with a start date of 10/14/26 and an end date of 5/26/27
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Daily schedule from 8:20am to 3:50pm
- Work with elementary-age students in a school setting
