A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students with moderate to severe communication needs. This short-term contract position, starting in January 2026 and concluding in early March 2026, offers a caseload tailored to provide focused, individualized interventions in an elementary school setting.

Location: Arlington, TX
Duration: January 1, 2026 – March 7, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Primarily onsite with the flexibility of one remote workday weekly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with moderate to severe speech and language impairments.
  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and school goals.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs within the educational environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP – School) and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, preferably with moderate to severe caseloads.
  • Strong knowledge of educational regulations and best practices related to speech-language therapy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
