  • Current SLP-CCC certification and TX state licensure
  • Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and organize a full caseload independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management; must submit weekly timelogs for director approval
  • Flexibility to cover one, occasionally two sites within a compact district
  • Committed to fostering student success and inclusivity

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing speech-language services to a diverse student population
  • Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to individual needs
  • Documenting interventions and progress with accuracy and clarity
  • Consulting with teachers, families, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care
  • Navigating multiple campuses, as needed, with self-determined flexible scheduling
  • Maintaining compliance with district policies and state/federal regulations
