Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Arlington, Texas

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Proficiency in working with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and maintain required documentation
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
• Fulfill Medicaid billing and reporting requirements, as appropriate

Position Details:

• Full-time contract for the remainder of the school year
• Hybrid format: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote each week
• Pay: Starting at $45 per hour, with potential for more based on experience
