Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license for the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with students in grades K-12
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable conducting assessments, direct therapy, and consultation services

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from grades K-12
• Develop and update IEPs in collaboration with other school professionals and families
• Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups, adapting methods to meet diverse needs
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, goals, and progress
• Engage in regular communication with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote students’ success
• Participate in IEP meetings, intervention planning, and school-based professional development activities
