Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship eligibility
• Previous experience working with children in grades K-12 highly valued
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to a range of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress in both academic and social-emotional domains
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
