Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is ideal
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage IEPs and provide both direct and consultative services
  • Excellent organizational skills and a passion for empowering young learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and parent/staff consultations
  • Offer support across various service models, including individual and group settings
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and compliance with state/federal guidelines
