Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is ideal
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage IEPs and provide both direct and consultative services
- Excellent organizational skills and a passion for empowering young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide engaging therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and parent/staff consultations
- Offer support across various service models, including individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and compliance with state/federal guidelines
