Qualifications and Experience:

  • SLPA License required (Washington State)
  • Experience supporting speech-language pathologist (SLP) services, ideally in a school setting
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with teachers, staff, and SLP supervisors
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach with children and adolescents
  • Willingness to work onsite and engage fully in a school community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing speech-language therapy services as directed by supervising SLPs
  • Support students with a variety of communication needs in individual or group settings
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school protocols
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized student plans
  • Participate in meetings and trainings as required for role and professional development
