Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Solid understanding of speech and language therapy best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of SLPs (SLP-CCC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out direct therapy sessions with students under SLP supervision
- Support the development and implementation of individualized student plans
- Contribute to data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
