Speech Pathology - Arlington, WA

Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license required
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Solid understanding of speech and language therapy best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of SLPs (SLP-CCC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out direct therapy sessions with students under SLP supervision
• Support the development and implementation of individualized student plans
• Contribute to data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
