- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) with ASHA
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptable and resourceful mindset—especially valued in rural settings
- Ability to manage and organize a diverse caseload effectively
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and write assessment reports
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for students at all stages of development
