This onsite contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated SLP ready to work with a mild to moderate student caseload. You’ll split your week between two locations, spending three days at one and two days at the other, offering variety and the chance to build connections with different teams.
As a valued member of the team, you’ll be backed by supervision and mentorship— Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, with supervision support arranged. There is no need to supervise SLPAs, allowing you to focus fully on providing high-quality therapy and support.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or the ability to obtain before the start date
- Enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged students
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 mild to moderate students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel between two locations during the week
- New grads (CFs) welcomed! Supervision will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain compliance with school and district guidelines
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Travel between two designated locations as scheduled
