Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• California state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of two years of school-based SLP experience preferred for top compensation
• Previous experience with SEIS documentation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• No need for SLPA supervision; SLPs only
• No teletherapy responsibilities; in-person only

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to middle school students
• Collaborate with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain documentation
• Utilize SEIS for efficient case management (preferred)
• Participate in school activities to foster a positive learning environment
