Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Current or eligible Colorado SLP Licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience working in school settings is an advantage
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver targeted speech-language therapy sessions to students with a range of communication challenges
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required compliance documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing feedback regarding student progress
  • Serve as an advocate for students’ communication needs throughout the school environment
