Key Qualifications:

• Active Certificate from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) required prior to starting
• Bilingual Spanish fluency is required for effective communication with students and families
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in school environments is preferred
• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time through the end of the school year
• Willingness to serve as a mentor for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within the district (itinerant role)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population onsite
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Provide bilingual interventions and support multicultural family engagement
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and team-based problem solving
