Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Arvada, Colorado

As a full-time speech-language pathologist, you'll work directly with a manageable caseload of 33 young learners at a single school site. Preferred candidates will demonstrate expertise in pediatric speech-language services within school or teletherapy settings, and be genuinely passionate about helping children thrive. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strong asset, helping further support the needs of our diverse school community. Applicants with strong clinical fellowship year experience are also encouraged to apply. An active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license is required, though those in the process of obtaining one may interview. Please note, SLPAs are not considered for this opportunity.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or pending) CDE licensure for Colorado
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school environment
• Comfort with teletherapy or openness to a hybrid work model
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and progress tracking
