Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Hold (or be eligible for) Colorado state licensure as an SLP
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in working within a school or pediatric setting
  • Background in healthcare or teletherapy SLP preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat student speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans to support educational growth
  • Provide services through a blend of in-person sessions and teletherapy as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, delivering professional input and recommendations
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to ensure student success
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
