Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Hold (or be eligible for) Colorado state licensure as an SLP
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school or pediatric setting
- Background in healthcare or teletherapy SLP preferred
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat student speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans to support educational growth
- Provide services through a blend of in-person sessions and teletherapy as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, delivering professional input and recommendations
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to ensure student success
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
