Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arvada, CO

In this role, you'll serve at Centaurus and Justice High Schools, working closely with students and educational staff. The assignment spans from August 4 to May 21, 2027, with a part-time schedule of 24 hours per week (.6 FTE) to be determined by school leadership. The district requires onsite service only, ensuring you’re hands-on with your school community every step of the way.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP license or proof of current application in progress (required; resumes not reviewed without documentation)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) mandatory
• Minimum of one year classroom-based SLP experience
• SLPA applicants cannot be considered for this opportunity

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct assessment and therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and meet compliance with all district and state regulations
• Participate in meetings with education teams and provide consultative support when needed
