Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active certificate of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or SLP-CFY in progress
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings highly valued
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to students’ academic goals
  • Document progress and maintain clear records in compliance with school and legal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide consultation and resources for teachers and families to support students’ communicative development
