Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or SLP-CFY credentials
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and students
• Ability to adapt services to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on individualized education plans
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
• Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
