Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Prior experience in school settings highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Dedication to cultural competence and inclusivity

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs
  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
  • Serve as an integral member of the IEP team, providing input and documentation as required
  • Deliver therapy services both individually and in small groups per student IEPs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Provide resources and training as needed to staff and caregivers
