Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Arvada, CO

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new grads completing CFY welcome
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Provide direct therapy to students, adapting interventions to individual needs
• Develop, document, and monitor progress on IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Offer guidance and inservices to school staff for effective classroom strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely records according to school and regulatory requirements
