School Speech Language Pathologist - Arvada, CO

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Relevant ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting with early childhood populations
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and organizational skills
• Comfort with IEP processes and goal-setting for young learners

In this role, you will:

• Assess and evaluate PreK students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans and interventions
• Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers and families
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Take part in IEP meetings, contribute expert recommendations, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
