School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Arvada, Colorado

Make a difference in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist providing virtual therapy services. We are seeking two talented SLPs with a strong passion for supporting communication needs in an educational setting. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver speech-language evaluations and therapy remotely, helping students reach their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Active state license (or eligibility) for school-based SLP practice
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Proven skills in virtual teletherapy platforms and strong technical proficiency
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual diagnostic evaluations and speech-language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of all services and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to support student success
• Utilize engaging, evidence-based strategies and resources for online therapy
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
