Those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status are encouraged to apply. Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are also welcome. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued for serving the diverse needs of this community.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or eligible to interview if licensure is pending
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 33 K-4 students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students at one school location
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as appropriate
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes
- Work collaboratively to build supportive learning environments
