What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms
- Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with school-based IEPs and documentation requirements
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Deliver therapy services in-person and/or via teletherapy
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Track and report student progress toward therapy goals
- Provide resources and education to families and faculty
