What you’ll need to succeed:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based populations

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments relevant to speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on measurable student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student support and success
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress, ensuring compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to optimize student outcomes
