As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll utilize your expertise to assess and treat students while collaborating with educators and families to help every student thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active North Carolina SLP License required
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric caseloads preferred
  • Passion for working with children and helping them reach communication goals
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, services, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide support and resources to teachers and guardians to facilitate carryover of strategies
