Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP certification and active state license required
• Experience or strong interest working with school-aged children
• Comfortable serving elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and related paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational team decisions
