Qualifications & Skills:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCCs or CFY considered)
- Experience with school-age populations, including elementary, middle, and high school students
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and create inclusive solutions
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify language, speech, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to align therapy with academic goals
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal requirements
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services as needed
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, supporting students’ educational journeys
