Join a dedicated educational environment in Ashland, OH, as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year (August 19th – May 19th). This contract position offers a balanced approach to providing essential speech and language support to students within a structured schedule.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 65 students in a collaborative 3:1 service delivery model. You will spend three weeks each month delivering direct speech and language services and one week focused on consultation with teachers, completing IEPs, progress reports, and delivering presentations during professional development sessions. You will collaborate closely with a part-time SLP who concentrates on evaluations and supports younger students.

Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following qualifications and experience:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials
  • Pediatric and school-based SLP experience
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable
  • Strong ability to collaborate within educational teams and engage with staff through professional development
  • Commitment to providing comprehensive speech and language intervention in schools

This full-time role involves approximately 37.5 hours per week, focusing on impactful speech therapy services within an established school setting.
