This full-time, school-based contract position is designed for a compassionate and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will empower students to overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students demonstrating communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies and IEP goals
  • Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy aligned with student requirements
  • Maintain precise documentation, progress updates, and compliance files
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborative team discussions
  • Partner closely with teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families
  • Offer recommendations and strategies to support student performance in the classroom
  • Continuously monitor student outcomes and adapt interventions to best support progress

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Georgia SLP license and/or relevant educator certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; strong CF candidates also considered
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred; applicants with relevant pediatric experience welcomed
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
