Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or pending state licensure as an SLP
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Experience working in educational settings or with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Strong organization, documentation, and communication abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for preschool learners
  • Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy to support communication, language, and social skills development
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely therapy notes and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student support
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning needs
