Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Recent experience providing services in a school-based setting
• Proven ability to manage a full elementary caseload
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students requiring speech and language therapy
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to elementary student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records for all services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and contribute to educational plans for students
• Partner with educators and families to implement carryover strategies and maximize student success
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
