Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position serves a caseload of approximately 35–45 students in a general education setting. Students receive pull-out speech-language therapy services, with the majority of needs focused on language development and articulation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment and is passionate about helping students build effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services for students in a general education setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively regarding student progress.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 35–45 students.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff, students, and families.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.
