Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in a school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis for the 2025-2026 academic year. This position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 26, 2026, offering you the chance to work closely with students, collaborate with a dedicated special education team, and make a lasting difference.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Previous experience providing SLP services in an educational or pediatric setting a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and ongoing communication with all stakeholders
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and professional learning opportunities as needed
