Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role near Athol, MA, offers a chance to make a lasting difference in children’s lives within a collaborative educational setting. SLPs holding either Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status or possessing the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are welcome to apply.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
  • Eligibility for, or possession of, either SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC credentials
  • Experience or student practicum in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and educational staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students in a supportive school environment
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, including documentation of evaluations, treatment, and progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help develop appropriate goals
  • Adapt therapy techniques for both individual and small group settings
