  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
  • CCC-SLP certification or current participation in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Delivering targeted therapy sessions, both individual and group
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
