Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license in California; ESA Certificate required
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a school-based setting

- Experience with teletherapy is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with faculty, parents, and IEP teams
- Familiarity with direct and indirect service delivery models
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students (mild-moderate caseload)
- Provide comprehensive support including testing, assessments, direct therapy, and participation in IEP meetings—all online
- Maintain clear, professional communication with teachers, families, and school staff
- Document sessions and monitor student progress with the provided electronic resources
