Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS SCC-CCC)
  • Current California SLP license and ESA certificate
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a school-based setting
  • Versatile with direct and indirect speech and language services
  • Experience or strong interest in teletherapy platforms
  • Comfortable working with mild to moderate caseloads across K-12
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and faculty
  • Dedicated to active participation in the IEP process, including assessments, therapy, and meetings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in virtual public and charter school settings
  • Conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and track student progress remotely
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and goal setting
  • Utilize provided digital tools and materials for engaging online sessions
  • Maintain records in compliance with school and platform standards
