Exciting contract opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking meaningful work in vibrant Metro Atlanta area schools for the 2026/2027 academic year. Positions are open for both full-time (35 hours/week) and select part-time roles, serving a diverse range of student populations from preschool through high school. Assignments generally focus on one site, allowing you to build strong relationships with students and staff alike.
Start your placement in late July and make a long-lasting impact through May. Settings include elementary, pre-K, charter, and high school environments, with specialized units and community preschool assignments. There are also excellent openings for bilingual SLPs, with additional flexibility and a preference for Spanish-speaking candidates at certain campuses.
Qualifications/Experience Desired:
• Active Georgia Department of Education (DOE) Certificate
• Current Georgia SLP license
• Experience supporting school-age children, including those in low-incidence or specialized units
• Passion for collaboration with educators, families, and caregivers
• Flexibility to handle varied caseloads and assignments
• Spanish language skills a strong plus for specific part-time roles
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students K-12
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, educators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide direct intervention tailored to student needs, supporting communication development
• Facilitate inclusive communication strategies across general and special education settings
• For bilingual providers: deliver SLP services in both English and Spanish as needed
