Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Georgia
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Passion for working in school environments and collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Previous school-based experience a plus, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students, supporting their individualized educational needs
• Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for students with communication, articulation, language, and fluency disorders
• Maintain accurate records of progress, document sessions, and comply with state/federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Educate school personnel and families regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Adapt techniques and materials based on the needs of a diverse caseload (details to be provided)
• Effectively manage a flexible schedule, working three days per week on-site in the school setting
