Speech Language Pathologist opportunities are available for dedicated professionals seeking contract positions in a dynamic, supportive school environment near Atlanta, GA. Bring your expertise to students across a range of grade levels, and help shape positive outcomes for the upcoming school years.
Openings include:
- Compensatory Services: Provide onsite support across multiple schools, with travel required. You’ll work with students from Pre K through 12th grade, delivering compensatory services throughout June, ensuring each student’s needs are fully met. A manageable caseload means you can focus on quality, individualized care.
- Elementary School-Based Positions: Serve one designated school with a caseload of approximately 45 to 55 students in grades Pre K through 6th. Document your services using the Paddynet platform and collaborate closely with families and staff to track progress and coordinate services.
- Middle School-Based Positions: Take on assignments at a single middle school location (grades 6th through 8th), managing a similar caseload and supporting students with targeted interventions.
What we’re seeking:
- SLP licensure and appropriate state credentials to work in educational settings
- Experience across Pre K to 12th grade preferred, with a strong ability to communicate with parents, educators, and administrators using multiple channels (email, phone, school platforms)
- Proficiency in digital documentation platforms such as Paddynet, with attention to detail when completing evaluations, IEPs, and data reviews
- Familiarity with Google Calendar to coordinate schedules, IEP meetings, and family conferences
- Comfort managing travel between locations for the compensatory services role
- Commitment to summer services and a desire to renew for future school years
