Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist licensure and credentials
  • Experience with students in Pre K through 12th grade
  • Comfortable documenting therapy using digital platforms, especially Paddynet
  • Strong written and verbal communication – adept at collaborating via email, phone, and school systems
  • Skilled in scheduling with tools like Google Calendar (including IEP meetings and parent conferences)
  • Proven ability to complete and maintain evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEPs, and data reviews

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to a diverse caseload (elementary, middle, or Pre K–12, depending on position)
  • Provide compensatory support (for designated roles), traveling between school locations as needed
  • Manage therapy schedules and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, staff, and administrators to optimize student support
  • Ensure all services, progress reports, and meetings are meticulously tracked and communicated
