Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (CCC-SLP or eligibility required)
- Previous experience working with K-5 students preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a wide range of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and progress updates
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide consultation and training to classroom staff as needed
