Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (CCC-SLP or eligibility required)
• Previous experience working with K-5 students preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K-5
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a wide range of speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and progress updates
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Provide consultation and training to classroom staff as needed
