Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Skills in delivering teletherapy services, as well as in-person therapy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver speech-language services through both in-person and teletherapy platforms as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and educational goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reviews
