Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
- Skills in delivering teletherapy services, as well as in-person therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver speech-language services through both in-person and teletherapy platforms as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reviews
